Hi! We're Parcel (fromparcel.com), the package delivery service for New Yorkers without doormen. Our members ship their orders to our facility and schedule their deliveries for the evening. No more waiting around for packages, missing deliveries, or hauling boxes home from work! We've been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and The New York Post, and we're looking for a few amazing people to help us continue to grow.

Our Parcel Drivers are the face of our company, responsible for giving our members the best delivery experience they’ve ever had. You'll be responsible for:

• Driving Manhattan and Brooklyn routes in Parcel vehicles

• Greeting customers (with a smile!) and delivering their packages

• Providing constant feedback to keep our operations as smooth as possible

• Building buzz around Parcel in fun and creative ways

You must be:

• 21 years or older

• Comfortable driving in NYC (with a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license)

• Reliably punctual, efficient, and responsive

• Endlessly enthusiastic, patient, and sympathetic

• Looking for a fast-paced night job where no two shifts are the same

• Available to work 15-30 hours per week

• Able to carry up to 50 pounds

We'll love you even more if you're:

• Experienced in retail, customer service, or operations

• Excited to master the ins and outs of every Manhattan and Brooklyn neighborhood

Parcel is the off-hours delivery service for online shoppers. We hand-deliver your packages when you're actually home! We just launched in NYC and have been featured in The New York Times, Mashable, Refinery29, and Gothamist.
