SportsLock Rookie
- Responsibilities
At SportsLock, we wanted to find a way to draft the top college prospects from across the nation for our team. We have created a nationwide competition, the Rookie Challenge, to reach those students.
The SportsLock Rookies we are hiring will be an extension of our brand on every campus in the nation. Our company is looking for students who want to align with one of the biggest start-ups in Chicago, and soon throughout the country. Our company is predicated on developing strong relationships with like minded individuals who want to build a team and achieve high levels of success. Therefore, every Rookie we have on board will be part of SportsLock’s extended company network.
Throughout the school year, you will have access to a mission queue, which are plays from your SportsLock Playbook. With these different tasks, you will acquire points towards major prizes, weekly and monthly, along with the grand prize of $25,000 to the Rookie of the Year. You will be competing against our other elite Rookies across different universities and building working relationships with them you can take with you for life.
- Qualifications
Before you are able to join our SportsLock Rookie Challenge, starting during the NFL season, you must pass our Rookie Combine. Anybody is eligible, but we are looking for the hardest workers with entrepreneurial minds that can exceed our expectations. This job is all about expanding SportsLock's brand. For this position, you can truly test the strength of your networking skills and be rewarded for doing so.
We are looking for outgoing students who are ready to crush their campus by rocking SportsLock. Students must be active users on Instagram, Facebook, Periscope, Twitter, and SnapChat. Needs to be a student influencer (someone who can get large groups of people playing on the app). Grades don’t mean anything! They only matter when you are trying to get into law school! We are looking for a true hustler, someone who knows how to think outside the box to get things done.

- CompensationYou will be paid during the second of three phases in our combine to get into the Rookie Challenge. At the end of the combine, you will receive a Rookie Locker with over $300 in SportsLock gear, custom Jordans or Nike Frees, a Visa Gift Card and more! If you make it past the combine you are in our Rookie Program, Think you have what it takes to win the $25,000? We will have new technology for weekly prizes like Apple Watches, trips to Vegas or Ibiza, cash, concert/sporting event tickets, etc.
